After an upbringing outside in the mud and woods it is no surprise I have fallen in love with the art of foraging. For six years I have taught myself the basics of wild food and every walk is an opportunity to learn more. I like nothing better than to share my knowledge in the wider community and enthuse others to get to know their own wild places through foraging.
