Meet me in my Motherland
The core of my business is running foraging experiences for the public. They are hearty and full of love for the land, wildlife and everything in between. I like to help my guests to feel as comfortable being outside as they do at home. So it is such a pleasure to be able to offer regular courses in the place that I grew up.
Introductory Courses
This is the original course that is perfect for beginners or those looking for a refresher. You will learn all about the best of the season onsite, harvesting ethics, preservation techniques and cooking tips to make the most of your wild larder. There will be opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.
New for 2026.... The coast is coming to Shropshire! Keep an eye out for any courses covering seaweeds!

Join me in the beautiful rural town of Much Wenlock. My hometown is nestled below the Wenlock Edge- an 18 mile long limestone escarpment covered in ancient woodland and species rich grassland waiting for us to explore.
