Booking Policy

1. Prior booking for all events is essential.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided containing any further information needed for the day.
3. Any dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances and health conditions need to be declared at least 48 hours prior to the event.
4. Whilst The Wild Cooke will try to cater for all dietary requirements it may not always be possible.
5. The Wild Cooke is not liable in the unlikely and rare event that you, or your party, have allergies when trying new foods.
6. Any mobility needs should be discussed via email prior to booking to ensure adequate accessibility.
7. The Wild Cooke is under no obligation to refund, rebook or reinstate tickets for those that do not turn up or who cancel within 14 days of the event.
8. Any cancellations made by The Wild Cooke will result in a full refund, exchange or voucher however The Wild Cooke will not be liable for any other costs you have incurred, including but not limited to, accommodation or travel.
9. Severe weather conditions may result in a cancellation. In these instances, you will be notified as early as possible.
10. You are fully responsible for ensuring you are appropriately dressed for a walking event in all weathers and for bringing your own drinking water.
11. You are welcome to take photographs and video footage during the course which will aid you in your learning. Please get The Wild Cooke's full permission to use them for anything else. If you are sharing your experience on social media please refrain from using audio unless The Wild Cooke has requested it and do not forget to tag @thewildcooke in your posts!
12. The Wild Cooke reserves the right to take photographs and videos or use a photographer during the courses in order to promote her business in the future. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to having your photograph taken and used by/for The Wild Cooke. In most circumstances the images are of the whole group and when they involve single participants the focus is generally not on the persons face. The Wild Cooke appreciates your support in this. If you do not wish to be captured please contact via email.

Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Mara Adventures Limited and The Wild Cooke.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Entrants must be able to purchase one full price place to enable the free place for a loved one. Both people must be available to join the trip on 18-23rd June 2025 and be able to get to Oban prior to the trip departure. Mara Adventures Limited and The Wild Cooke employees are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. The competition is not associated with Instagram or Meta.
The Prize
The winning prize will be a place on Nourish. A 5 day adventure on the isle of Tiree, snorkelling, wild swimming, foraging, movement and yoga Solstice Celebration on the Island of Tiree.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Mara Adventures Limited's and The Wild Cooke's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen and notified via the email address or the Instagram profile provided on 31st March 2025.
The Wild Cooke will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Wild Cooke Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Mara Adventures Limited and The Wild Cooke for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing thewildcooke@gmail.com.
If requested by The Wild Cooke, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name and instagram handle will be announced on Mara Adventures Limited's and The Wild Cooke's website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Mara Adventures Limited and The Wild Cooke accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

The Wild Cooke reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
