General Event Information
When buying a ticket or deposit for a The Wild Cooke Event participants are automatically agreeing to the below Booking Policy.
The Wild Cooke Booking Policy
Prior booking for all events is essential
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided containing any further information needed for the day
Any dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances and health conditions need to be declared at least one week before the event
Any mobility needs should be discussed via email prior to booking to ensure adequate accessibility
The Wild Cooke is under no obligation to refund, rebook or reinstate tickets for those that do not turn up or who cancel within 14 days of the event.
Any cancellations made by The Wild Cooke will result in a full refund, exchange or voucher however The Wild Cooke will not be liable for any other costs you have incurred, including but not limited to, accommodation or travel.
Severe weather conditions may result in a cancellation. In these instances, you will be notified as early as possible.
You are fully responsible for ensuring you are appropriately dressed for a walking event in all weathers and for bringing your own drinking water.
